Two threads told as one story: **the workflow** (how the team was set up, briefed, scheduled, keyed, reviewed, held and released, and how to replicate it) and **the argument** (the talk itself: agents are the ultimate insider, and brakes are what let us go faster). **Status:** the plan is not signed yet, so no chapter is written.
