The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), about 00:20 UTC on 4 November 2026, after reading the full book's draft PDF (`rc2/one-human-nine-agents-rc2-full-draft.pdf` at v0.1.608), with four screenshots of it. Kept here as he gave it. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in `BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md`.

> * do we have the pages with the metadata that is needed when I add to KDP

## How the conductor reads it (not his words)

- **pic1**: chapter 1's figure (`manuscript/rc2/150/01-slides-as-a-compromise.md`, its Figure line) shows the player's start screen (`index/talk-site/shots/talk__player.jpg`). He wants the talk's title slide with the three intersecting circles, which the record holds as `index/talk-site/shots/talk__slides__title.jpg`. The writer's, conductor__012 to the writer.
- **pic2**: chapter 16's hold-file page and the wake clock with its "82 seconds" card print too large for what they say. A pass over every figure for size and proportion: the designer's drawings (conductor__055) and the publisher's sizing (conductor__066).
- **pic3**: a chapter's last two lines run onto an otherwise empty page (chapter 18's "Where this came from", page 76 then). A pass over every page: the publisher (conductor__066), with the developer's page map extended to flag such pages (conductor__036).
- **pic4**: the cover on the PDF's first page does not fill the page. The publisher's build (conductor__066).
- **Type size**: the body is 9.5 pt at Crown Quarto (type A, his word of 1 November). A comparison with other technical books and a print test, set out as options for him; nothing changes without his word.
- **Print-ready files and the KDP metadata**: the publisher's (conductor__066). Every account step stays his, by hand (`publishing/KDP.md`).
- **Is RC2 complete?** Not yet: the body is whole as a draft and the back matter is written; open are the researcher's trace of 94's counts, the writer's small fixes and the readers' last asks, the designer's last figures, and these notes.
