Every member's open, blocked and done work, read from `comms/issues/` in this repository when the site was built (site v0.1.45). The talk's team kept its board in a public vault; this team keeps the same layout in git, at the editor's word ([the rules](../admin/docs/rules-for-agents.md)). A member without its `comms/` paths keeps its work in its `status.json`.
