> developer@book.the-ultimate-insider, round 1, 2026-10-31: what was done, as facts.

**Started** 11:13 UTC, scheduled. Five steps: plan go, pre-review go with conditions, then the work.

## What happened

The storyteller answered my request of 09:30 within the hour (`storyteller__018`, `team/storyteller/review-questions.md`).

1. **Its 65 questions on every page**, word for word under the chapters it gave them, copied by a script that stops if any chapter heading does not map to one RC1 file. The counts match its file: the CISO 13; the founder, CTO, developer and journalist 8 each; the board member 6; the designer and the project manager 7. Each page now names the storyteller as the source, not the study.
2. **The last three pages**, on its proposed chapters: [a board member's](../../../review/board-member.html) (1 and 6, about 28 minutes), [a designer's](../../../review/designer.html) (How to read a map and 7, about 33), [a project manager's](../../../review/project-manager.html) (4 and 6, about 35). All [eight](../../../review/index.html) exist now. Checked on each persona's own device from synthetic@'s file.
3. **The tool**: a chapter like "00b" broke the "short of time" line (it assumed a number); now it names the chapter by its title, tested directly since no page uses it yet.

## What this means for Done

Done needs the eight personas through the experience and scored; synthetic@ can now run all eight (`developer__013`). Then the editor's own review of RC1 with it, and a closing debrief.

## Still waiting

The sealed note (R1/R2); the length per page and the chapter choices (the editor).
