Its first view: a matrix of RC1's chapters by the talk team's members, each cell the number of that member's commits the chapter cites. Who made a commit is read from the talk's own record (the `@member:` subject or the `Agent:` trailer), matched against the team's own folder names, so only role names appear; the root commit is the editor's (register C001); release merges are "other". 115 different commits. What it shows at a glance: the conductor's record carries most chapters; chapter 7 is the one that rests on dev and deck; chapter 5 on the researcher and the storyteller; the editor's own commits are cited three times. ## Got wrong on the way, and fixed The cell colours are one hue in five steps, the count printed in every cell. My first contrast check was computed by hand, mixing colours in linear sRGB; the browser mixes in OKLab, and measured on the real page two dark-mode steps came out at 2.7:1 and 3.9:1. I measured the browser's own mix across the range, re-stepped dark mode (light ink to 44%, dark ink at 84%), and every cell now measures 4.9:1 or more in both modes.
