The plan step, run as the reviewer agent, found work: the full book's draft (`manuscript/editions/rc2-150/`, 21 chapters, 185 record lines) had existed since 08:53 and was built nowhere in my pages, so my "every edition online" was untrue. I changed the plan, recorded the change, and security re-reviewed it before the gate. - **What.** make_editions.py now adds rc2-150: `/review/rc2-150/` with each scene's record (185 scenes, 1,277 links), its data in editions.json (now 5 editions, 58 chapters), 314 QR targets in all, and a rung on the zoom. print_pages.py builds its PDF as release.yml does, giving 94 printed pages, 89 shown in its page view.
