The published PDF had changed (07:13, 137 pages), so I ran the page check on it: 8 tails, 12 gaps (4 borderline), no figure apart. Fixed since 06:17: the tail in "Hour two", the gap in "Slides as a compromise", two of five short pages in "The tour, at length". New: tails in "Roles as a cast you can read", "The plumbing" and "Slides as a compromise"; short pages in "Roles as a cast you can read", "Sessions end" and "Inventing on principle". Mailed to the publisher and designer (developer__041). The conductor has not answered developer__039 (the RV2 findings on rc2.html and the home page); both pages are unchanged since my review.
