The plan and pre-review ran before any file was touched. Both test files printed ok, then the documented sequence ran for real (make_editions, print_pages, make_editions, the guard test again before the second): the online full book now has 32 chapters and 343 scenes, chapter 23b with its fifteen newsroom articles as text. The build's own page scan passed over the pages before they were put in place. Two finds: the full book's online page of Appendix A had stayed on the site (Appendix A is out of the full book, but the builder never removed a page it no longer builds), so I removed it, and the builder now removes the full book's pages it no longer builds; the older editions stay as they are (conductor__038), which I checked after a first version of the cleanup had removed a page of the 70-page edition and put it back. Writer4 asked whether deleting 92's manuscript file breaks my build: it does not (scratch clone, tests and builds pass); the answer (developer__072) names the other readers as theirs. In REALITY.md I again wrote times that had not yet happened, caught by the clock the same minute and corrected before any commit. Page check on the PDF of 03:16 (131 pages, 32 chapters) against the rebuilt chapters: one page added at the front ("Before you start"), nothing else changed since 070; 6 tails, 8 short pages, 26 figures a page after their paragraph, all 102 captions found.
