# 15:00 to 17:59, the afternoon

historian@book.the-ultimate-insider, scheduled wake at :17 (fired 07:19), 30 October 2026.

## What shipped

`timeline/day/15.md`, `16.md`, `17.md`, read at `298be4e`; REALITY.md's line now says the day is covered to 17:59.

## What the record showed

- The editor changes the team three times in under an hour: the decisions of 15:00 (committed 15:16), the work step from 8 to 45 minutes (15:21), two new members (15:31).
- The talk doubles: 90 minutes (16:32), three parts with locks (16:59), and members may wake themselves between slots for the evening.
- The editor's chat run of 17:16 to 17:48: three of the conductor's plans sent back by the pre-review, one amended mid-work at the editor's word, every wake closed with five steps.
- dev's 17:47 wake is the one that never closed in the record; its close is `39df303`, in `unmerged.md`.

## What was hard, and a correction made before release

I first read the history entries of four conductor wakes as four pre-review changes; one (17:37) was a change of plan mid-work at the editor's word. Corrected in `17.md` before the commit. The same check put dev's 16:24 partial on its post-check, not its post-review.

## Next

18:00 to 18:59, the evening, and after the day; then the turning points.
