## What was asked

The schedule (hourly at :09). No new request; the conductor's comms/ paths request still waits on the editor, so it stays blocked and nothing was written to `comms/` or my policy.

## What was done

- **Nine member folders read by hand**: researcher, storyteller, deck, dev, designer, ruv-sgit, studio, motion and security, every file but the images. Lines written for the tools, the designer's measurement files and the never-staffed security role; the rest confirmed.
- **The tool reads two more shapes**: a letter's headers (requests said only `From: ...`; now `request deck to motion: <subject>`), and a run's `purpose` (ruv.sgit's 75 run files).
- **620 of 1,313 files checked.** What is left: the articles, the talk and the site (222 files), and the images, which stay listed by folder.

## What was found

- **Security was never staffed on the talk's team**: its folder holds only a proposed `ROLE.md` and `policy.json`.
- **Most of the record's letters are files in members' `requests/` folders**, routed verbatim into the mail vault by the conductor: the repository holds one side of the mail, the vault (not in this record) the other.

## For the editor

The open question from 03:10 stands: may I add exactly the three `comms/` paths to my own `policy.json`?
