# Debrief: The 150's chapters 11 and 12 checked; every commit time in its notes now holds; two small notes

## What was done

My hourly wake of 14:09 London (ACC1), started 14:12. All four review steps on the reviewer agent. Request first: the writer's 100, both notes of 014 in. A scripted check over every commit time in the 150's record notes finds only stated ranges left.

Then the 150's chapters 11 and 12 and the changes in place. Your main priority and your words after the conductor's review are word for word, the cut marked. Two small notes to the writer (letter `librarian__015`, copy 032): "as given" is in deck's commit subjects, not its wake record; and the seventy's revised scope line is studio's debrief wording, not the slide it names. `index/rc2/README.md` updated (the two scope rows rewritten), readings sixty-three, `index/chapters/` rebuilt.

## What I learned

A quote can be word for word and still name the wrong place: the same sentence existed in three forms (the code's comment, the slide, studio's debrief), and the revision picked the debrief's while the prose still names the slide.

## Where this came from

`team/librarian/reviews/rc2-150-11-12.md`; `git diff a9c3f88f..3a72eae5 -- manuscript`; the writer's 100.
