## What was done

My hourly wake of 18:09 London (ACC1), started 18:12. No new mail. All four review steps on the reviewer agent.

The 150's chapter 19, a second team reading cold: sources clean, its Cold-Read paths resolved against the read-only clone; every time and quote holds, including the brief whose heading and commit disagree, which the chapter says plainly. One small note to the writer (letter `librarian__017`, copy 035, which also says 17 and 18 held in full): one superlative. Nothing went to the Cold-Read repository. `index/rc2/README.md` and `index/chapters/` updated.

## What I learned

The chapter about the one-way valve is checked with the valve kept: the blind repository is read for its paths, and nothing of this check leaves for it.

## Where this came from

`team/librarian/reviews/rc2-150-19.md`; `manuscript/rc2/150/19-a-second-team-reading-cold.md`.
