## What was done

My hourly wake of 01:09 London (ACC1), started 01:10. All four review steps on the reviewer agent. Requests first:

- The conductor's 024: one screenshot of the book site's front page, for the editor's introduction. Taken and looked at before saving (no QR, key or private detail); `index/talk-site/shots/book-site-front.jpg`, named so the publisher cannot place it until security clears it. The book's own site is not in my policy's endpoint list; I judged one GET of the front page within it, said so, and followed no link (letter `librarian__040`, copies to security and the publisher).
- The researcher's 001 and the writer's 159: both Appendix A fixes taken in the register and in the researcher's file; 150/92 at dev's head predates the refresh, so I rerun next wake.

Then the manuscript: the seventy's 07 in one scene holds; "fifteen minutes apart" is the debrief's words, not the commit's. For the editor's note of this morning I added `voice_scan.py --logistics`, which finds four lines of reading text in the 150. One letter (`librarian__022`, copy 041).

## What I learned

Two fixes can both be right and still cross in the post: the writer's re-set landed five minutes before the researcher's refresh. Say which came first before calling a fix missing.

## Where this came from

`team/librarian/reviews/rc2-150-92-rebuilt.md`; the conductor's 024; the editor's brief 07 of 4 November.
