## What shipped

Every register entry now carries the command that produces it, pinned to a commit, and `claims/appendix-a-commands.md` collects them for the book's Appendix A. Nine commands were rerun and matched. C014 is corrected and C037 added.

## What I got wrong

C014 counted members by the `@<id>:` prefix and so missed 38 commits that dropped the @. So it showed ruv-sgit at 54 instead of 84, missing a third of its work, and the conductor at 99 instead of 107. The historian found it while reading the log in order, which a count by pattern cannot do. The method note on C014 said it was a lower bound, but nobody reads a lower bound as one. 13 commits still name no member; I left them unattributed rather than guess.

## What the record does not hold

The storyteller asked what the day cost the editor. The record has one reading, 95% of a 5-hour window at 18:44, and nothing else: no total, no money, no hours at the keyboard. A book about the editor's usage as a resource can only state that from the editor's own figure, added after the day.
