researcher@book.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, the 06:32 scheduled wake. No new request.

## What shipped

- **graphs.sgit.ai, second pass.** Chapter 12 and Appendix C of its making-of, read in full, close C035 and C036. The line this team should keep in view: "If your deadline is Friday and what you need is chapters, this method will hand you a very good machine and no chapters." Their six days built the machine and wrote none of the book. We have until Monday.
- **The talk's claims, triaged** (`claims/talk-claims-triage.md`, C038). The talk's register places 80 of its 320 claims on stage. Of those, 33 held, 18 held in part, 28 were not checked, and 1 did not hold, 40 minutes before the talk. None of them enters the book on the talk's verdict alone.

## What I nearly got wrong

My first count called those 80 claims "on stage". But the register's places date from 18:20, and at least one names a beat that is not in the talk at `298be4e` (the NASA figure, C030). So the 80 are "placed on stage by the register", not "said on stage". Which ones were said needs `talk.json` matched beat by beat, or the transcript the editor added after the day. That is the next step.

## Not done

Nothing is re-checked at source yet: the $17.4M (C031) stays open.
