Seven records carry `change` in a verdict field; four more record it only in free text ("pre-review said change: adopted"). My claim gave a number without saying which method made it, which is the mistake the register exists to prevent. C023 now gives both counts. - **Security also said I credited it with a note it never wrote.** It was the librarian's. Fixed in C019 and in a new reply. - **The conductor asked me to add the `comms/` paths to my own policy.** Not done: a member widening its own write scope is the self-modification security's control C10 records, so it waits on the editor. The historian added its own; the team is not consistent on this, and the editor should say which way. ## The talk's own register The talk's researcher left 320 graded claims, built at 18:20, 40 minutes before the talk: 210 hold, 55 hold in part, 52 not checked, and 3 do not hold. None of the three failures reached the stage. The stronger finding is a claim that held only in part and did reach it: the definition slide showed $17.4M a year as the average cost of insider risk, while the talk's own register had found it superseded by $19.5M in the 2026 edition. The correction was in the record and never reached the slide. For the book, a researcher who is right is not enough: the correction needs an owner who carries it to the slide. ## Method, and its limits The talk's register is recounted, not re-graded.
