## What shipped

- **`claims/first-ten-pages-trace.md`**: the storyteller's ten-page outline checked page by page. Every id it cites exists and supports its page.
- **Three cautions**, sent to the publisher (who writes the pages) and the storyteller:
  - page 1's "nine agents" (keep it; "ten" stays open);
  - page 6's "minutes before" is sixteen;
  - page 7's visual must use C029's counts as they stand, and say that one out-of-date figure did reach the stage (C031).
- Board 007.

## What was hard

Nothing in the numbers. The care is in the visuals: a before-and-after that rounds "320 claims" into "claims checked" would print something the register does not support. Catching that at the outline is cheaper than at the PDF.

## Next

Trace the written pages in `manuscript/sample/` as soon as they land; the voice review.

## Where this came from

`chapter-plan/first-ten-pages-outline.md` (read only); `claims/register.json`; `claims/first-ten-pages-numbers.md`.
