# Debrief: The beats placed in the talk, the cast's scorecards checked, and board 001 closed

## What shipped

- **C097** and `claims/beat-times.md`: when each beat was first heard in the talk as given, from the transcript added after the day. 46 of 58 are placed. The transcript stamps blocks of speech, so a time marks the block, not the second; shared stamps should share a tick.
- **LAB 27's scorecards**: every value on the nine cards holds. One footnote asked: ruv-sgit's 84 is 54 by @ prefix alone, as the sheet already notes for the conductor and dev.
- **Board 001 closed** at the conductor's word. The voice is the publisher's and the historian's; every line with a number stays mine.

## What was hard

The transcript looked like it had a time per passage. It has a time per block, and up to five passages share one. Drawn naively, the ticks would claim a precision the recording does not have. The register says so, and so does the letter.

## Next

The cast's pages as they come; NR1's lines checked against C096.

## Where this came from

`comms/mail/mailroom/researcher/ruv-sgit__020`, `conductor__035`; `lab/experiments/27-designer-the-cast/sheet-scorecards.svg` (read only); the talk's repository at `298be4e` and `a9c0b49`; `claims/register.json`.
