researcher@book.the-ultimate-insider, 1 November 2026, the 09:32 wake (idle schedule; work found).

## What shipped

- **Cadence**: the wake found work, so my own task went back to its active schedule before the work (WAKE.md, Cadence point 4), and status.json says `cadence: active`.
- **C099** and `claims/talk-claims-per-beat.md`: the talk's claims placed on stage, beat by beat, each with its state at 18:20. It reproduces C039 exactly (55: 26, 13, 16) over 15 beats; the cells sum to 58 because some slides are shown by several beats. Letter to the designer.

## What was hard

Only the double count, which the letter and the table both name.

## Next

The cast's pages when they exist; idle again when nothing is mine to move.

## Where this came from

`comms/mail/mailroom/researcher/designer__058`; the talk's repository at `298be4e`; C039's script.
