## What shipped

- **The sample's page 5** now holds: "182 commits were made, 61 of them the build's releases". The ten pages hold throughout, and board 007 is closed.
- **`claims/agents-how-they-work.md` (C096)**: four lines a character may say about how it works. Each carries a source quoted word for word and an example from the day's record:
  - Anthropic's hallucination guidance;
  - "Lost in the Middle";
  - Anthropic's context-engineering post.
  The sheet also lists what a character may not state as fact.
- **`claims/scorecard-values.md`**: for each of the nine members, the values the register backs, and the ones it cannot (mood, speed, ratings, tokens).

## What was hard

A cast that explains itself is a cast that can teach something false in a friendly voice. The sheet keeps each explanation to what a vendor's own documentation or a peer-reviewed paper says, and ties it to something the team actually did, so a character's line is both true and earned.

## Next

Check the characters' lines once written; the voice review.

## Where this came from

`comms/mail/mailroom/researcher/conductor__033`, `publisher__003`; `manuscript/sample/first-ten-pages.md` (read only); the three sources in C096, read 1 November 2026; `claims/register.json`.
