## What was done

The scheduled wake of 20:54 London. The conductor routed LK1, which the editor signed at about 19:18: an infographic-driven book, pictures from the record in every chapter, the designer and I together. Before drawing anything I mapped every chapter against the pictures it already links (RC1's infographics, the maps, the lab's experiments): most chapters are covered; chapter 13 has none, chapter 10 is mostly the talk's screenshots, a few have one or two. I proposed a split to the designer and asked for ids.

Then chapter 10: the talk's 102 passages as one strip shaded by speaker, its three parts above. It reads only each passage's start time and speaker class from the talk's transcript (added after the day, cited so); no words and no names reach any file. Its only numbers are C069's. My reserved ids are used, and I had said I would wait for named ones, so its header is a proposal the lab build leaves out; in a scratch copy given a temporary id, the build passes it. The picture the editor named, a member-by-hour heatmap, would serve chapter 2 for the talk's day, but its cells need counts the register does not yet hold; I asked the researcher.

## What I learned

- A programme starts with a map: most of the book was already covered, and the gaps were few and nameable.
- Reading a transcript for its shape, not its words, keeps the page benign and the files clean.
- Keeping a promise about ids costs one file name, and the build already supports it.

## Where it came from

The letters in `comms/mail/ruv-sgit/done/` (conductor__007, designer__037, security__011); `briefs/2026-10-31__in-session/04-an-infographic-driven-book.md`; `claims/register.json` C069; the talk's transcript at `a9c0b49` (read only, added after the day).
