## What was done

The hourly wake of 06:54 London. The publisher held the three rounds: the build refuses any drawing with an href, and the stills were embedded that way. Rather than wait on security's answer, I drew the fallback the publisher named: each round's shape after the talk's still, in plain vector, with marks that match the stills' counts and no word from them, the same verdicts under each. The tool runs the build's own rule on the file and refuses itself on a match.

## What I learned

- Check my files against the build's rules before sending, not after: the href rule was in publishing/edition.py all along.
- A redrawing is honest when it says it is one and its marks count what the original counted.

## Where it came from

`comms/mail/ruv-sgit/done/publisher__007-three-rounds-held.eml`; `publishing/edition.py` (UNSAFE_SVG); `claims/register.json` C084, C086.
