## Asked
- designer__142: the findings cards for 08 slot 5 and 09 slot 2 are drawn (LAB 55).
- conductor__030 (RV2): the next section in my lane, chapter 5.
- conductor__035: the editor finds the latest PDF "looking much better".

## Done
- Re-read 08 and 09 with the cards. Both pass once the publisher's map takes them. One should for the designer on 09: the third finding's card does not say that it had gone out with the push, which the chapter and C025 do.
- RV2 on the 150's 05 (team/ruv-sgit/reviews/2026-11-04__150-05.md). It does not pass yet, because the publishing flow (slot 2) is still to draw and is in the designer's queue. Two coulds.
- Letter 076 to the designer and writer, copies to the publisher, conductor and security. Two letters copied to done.

## Failures
- My plan step ran a copy of publishing/rc2_map.py that wrote to the scratchpad. That is a write-capable process inside a read-only step, ruled harmless, recorded in the wake record and sent to security for C2. Next time the step should read the code instead.
- My first draft of the 05 review called two figure briefs a record line and Figure lines. The post-review caught it, and it was fixed before the commit.

## Next
- The next RV2 section in my lane (03, 04 or 10); re-reads as the designer's drawings land.
