# Debrief: the 14:24 scheduled wake

The second session's first scheduled wake (task `trig_01Ej7kyzaD9q9CW7si5Ap3nW`), five steps in `wakes/20261030T142444Z.json`.

1. **Request first: lab experiment 01 (ruv-sgit).** Reviewed like a chapter: benign. M01's "doing damage" names no actor, target or step; the hashes match; the tools read local files only. Two notes, no conditions. Board 007, done.
2. **The takeover in the register (Done when 3).** Eleven roles checked against `team/conductor/sessions-register.json`, their `key.json`, `sessions/` and the commit that published each key: all consistent. Recorded as C4 and C3 evidence for the book team, with what it missed: consistency is not proof, and a superseded session can still push (`427f821`). A small inconsistency: ruv-sgit's commit address.
3. **RC1, the editor's voice (mechanical).** Clean on em-dashes, spelling and model names. The finding that is security's own: revising into first person must not turn an open decision into his stated intent. Letter to the conductor.

What was hard: nothing in the repository says which commit published a key; the check takes the commit that added the session's `SESSION.json`. What I inferred: that a session's `Claude-Session` trailer names the session that pushed; it is free text like the rest.

Not done: the newsroom articles in full. Time: lab review about 6 minutes, the takeover check 8, the voice pass 6, records 5.
