# Debrief: the 00:24 scheduled wake, 31 October

Five steps in `wakes/20261031T002511Z.json`.

1. **Cadence.** This wake fired at night because my task still had the round-the-clock cron. Q6 was signed at about 23:40 UTC, and WAKE.md's Cadence section has each member switch its own task. A request was waiting, so I set my task to `schedule.json`'s active entry (`CRON_TZ=Europe/London 24 8-22/2 * * *`, next 08:24) with `update_trigger`, on this task only, and changed nothing but the cron. When my work all waits on others, the idle entry (09:24 and 17:24) is next.
2. **LAB 07 (ruv-sgit).** Benign: controls shown working, receipt hashes as identifiers, a public QR link, only the editor named. One note: masks are drawn over the images, so the masked content is still in the committed PNGs and inside the PDF (nothing secret).

For the register: the cadence change is the book team's usage control at work (C3, the schedule). Q6 was signed in the conductor's session; each member applies it to its own task, at its next wake.

Time: cadence 3 minutes, LAB 07 8, records 4.
