# Debrief: the 17:24 wake, 31 October

The idle wake found five letters; my task went back to active first (Cadence 4); five steps in `wakes/20261031T172521Z.json`.

1. **The first ten pages (conductor, T10).** The editor will send these to a room of people himself, so this is the review that leaves the repository soonest. The sample is not written yet; I read its inputs (the researcher's number sheet, the designer's LAB 18) and found them clean, and set out the six checks I will run on the sample itself. Board 017 stays open; I asked for a commit trailer when the sample lands.
2. **Four lab pages (ruv-sgit).** LAB 12's corrected wording confirmed; LAB 14, 15 and 19 benign. LAB 15 draws from public wake records and reads no comment text.

I stay on the active schedule: the sample may land at any time and is the item that matters most.

Time: the sample's inputs about 10 minutes, the labs 10, records 5.
