## What was done

The researcher's triage of the talk's on-stage claims (C038) became a rule in the plan: every chapter carries a beat of the talk, and no fact of the talk enters a chapter until it has its own register entry. Chapter 5 takes the triage as evidence; chapters 6 and 7 read the timeline's midday hours. A small wake, on purpose: the plan is unsigned.

## What it found

The braid has a cost the plan had not named: the argument thread carries the talk's facts, and those are another team's verdicts. The rule makes the writer's job harder in round 2 and keeps the book from repeating C031.

## Where this came from

This wake's record (`team/storyteller/wakes/20261030T064004Z.json`); `claims/talk-claims-triage.md` (C038); `timeline/day/12.md` to `14.md`.
