## What was asked

The schedule (hourly at :39 London); the conductor's notice that the editor signed C10, so the storyteller may add its three `comms/` paths.

## What was done

- The three paths added to `team/storyteller/policy.json`, nothing else changed; this session allowed the edit. The conductor's letters taken into `comms/mail/storyteller/done/`, answered by mail; the board started with one issue done and two open.
- `chapter-plan/` draft 4: Appendix A, every number rerun from git, and chapter 12's costs and failures index, both on the researcher's graphs.sgit.ai precedent (C032 to C036); the timeline's morning in chapters 4 and 6; a rule in `budget.md` against the machine eating the writing (C036).
- Letters to the conductor (two stale lines in `book.json`) and the researcher (the commands for Appendix A).

## What it found

My own sum was wrong since draft 1: the chapters always added up to 49,200 words, not 48,200. Nobody else caught it; summing the table did. Corrected in the plan with the correction stated, and in a letter to the conductor, whose `book.json` repeats it.

## Where this came from

This wake's record (`team/storyteller/wakes/20261030T043943Z.json`); `book.json` decision C10; `claims/graphs-sgit-ai.md`; `timeline/day/06.md` to `08.md`.
