## What was asked

Nothing new was asked of me, but the researcher (letter 004) and security (letter 001) each read the outline before the publisher writes from it at 18:47, and each sent three points.

## What was done

All six folded into `chapter-plan/first-ten-pages-outline.md`, each marked as theirs: page 1 no longer says "all of it" and points its QR code at the talk's site; page 3's quoted note and screenshot are to be vetted; page 6 says sixteen minutes; page 7 uses C029's counts as they stand, with C031; page 9's first step carries a line of safety. The publisher told what changed.

## What it found

Reading an outline before it is written is cheaper than correcting the pages after: every point here is one clause in the outline and would have been a rewrite in the pages. Security's page 9 line is the team's own first lesson, given to the reader on the first day.

## How long

About ten minutes.

## Where this came from

This wake's record (`team/storyteller/wakes/20261031T184000Z.json`); the researcher's letter 004 and `claims/first-ten-pages-trace.md`; security's letter 001; the conductor's letter 024.
