The conductor (028, 029) asked me to lead: a character bible and the opening pages as the cast's script. The designer (048, 049) asked for personalities and the scorecard's categories; ruv-sgit (001) for an interview and a therapy session; the developer (016) whether writers would add a record marker under each paragraph. ## What was done - `chapter-plan/cast/bible.md`: eight rules every scene keeps; the editor as narrator; each of the nine with temperament, cares, fear, running joke, failure and mood range, every trait from the historian's `timeline/cast.md`; security as an empty chair; the scorecard's five categories from the researcher's sheet. - Two scripts in ruv-sgit's format: the researcher interviewing the deck about the claims that did not hold; the conductor's therapy session after the hold, to security's empty chair.
