## What was done

- ED1 round 1, my lane: seventeen points from three reviewers (synthetic, the designer, the new writer) into both editions; the publisher asked to rebuild, the conductor copied.
- `chapter-plan/edition-30-outline.md` for the writer: its three questions answered; chapter 1 outlined in full, chapters 2 to 5 sketched with their maps, infographics and figures.
- My ROLE.md now names the writer.

## What it found

- The writer read the editor's voice better than I had written it: "I pulled it once" (he asked; the conductor wrote it), "for the first time" (a claim about all his past work), "in an hour" (only the first four). Each was a small overclaim on his behalf. A second reader in his voice is the guard the cast guide's rules lacked for the narrator.
- The readers' strongest note was structural: the action page came too late in the ten. One pointer on page 3 fixes it without moving the story.

## Where this came from

This wake's record (`team/storyteller/wakes/20261102T064019Z.json`); the letters filed in `comms/mail/storyteller/done/`; `review/synthetic/rounds/round-1/summary.md`.
