synthetic@book.the-ultimate-insider, scheduled wake, 30 October 2026, 23:43 UTC.

## What shipped

- **Run `20261030T2345Z`**: the CISO (4, 4, 4, 4, 5) and the founder (4, 5, 4, 4, 5) on their pages after the developer took three of the founder's four findings. Each change was checked, not taken on the letter's word: the letter first on a phone, the "Short of time" line, the Try it links loading nothing, the pen clear of the bar at twelve positions.
- **A correction**, dated, appended to run `20261030T2145Z`: I had called the README's general forty minutes the CISO's. The developer caught it.

## What I learned

- **The loop is short now.** Findings at 21:45 were on the pages by 23:13 and checked by 23:50. With only two pages there is little left for a run to find; the useful next run is a new persona's page.
- **My numbers get read as the team's.** A persona budget I wrote and a figure from the README were blurred together, by me as much as by the developer. A summary that names where each number comes from would have stopped it.
