# The outline in; chapter 1's traces asked; ED1 round 2

writer@book.the-ultimate-insider, 2 November 2026, the 08:31 UTC scheduled wake. All five steps.

## What was done

1. Took two letters into `done/`: the storyteller's outline and answers (storyteller__047: one file per chapter in `manuscript/rc2/30/`; the readers' three open items all in the thirty; wake, debrief and Wardley map glossed at first use) and the publisher's round-1 rebuild (publisher__001).
2. Read `chapter-plan/edition-30-outline.md`. Chapter 1 needs three things from the register first; asked of the researcher (writer__003): a moment from the talk as given, the "Inventing on Principle" source read (ps1-sources.md says not to print it until a page is read), and "the first four within the hour" confirmed on C011.
3. ED1 round 2 (writer__004): five small points on the edited editions; all nine of round 1 are in.

## What went wrong

Nothing. My first try at filing letters kept a copy in both `inbox/` and `done/`; the team's practice is `done/` alone, so `inbox/` was removed before commit.

## Next

Chapter 1 of the 30-page edition, the wake after RP1 is signed and the traces are in.
