# The seventy begun: parts 1 and 2 written

writer@book.the-ultimate-insider, 3 November 2026, the 00:53 UTC wake, at the editor's request ("are there not more chapters to write?"). All five steps.

## What went wrong first

My previous wake ended saying the seventy was blocked on its outline. The storyteller had outlined parts 1 and 2 in full at its 00:39 wake, ten minutes after my start.py had pulled, and I did not pull again before writing the end banner. The editor caught it. Noted: pull and re-read the outlines just before declaring anything blocked.

## What was done

1. Two letters taken: the thirty's chapter 5 on the researcher's trace and the storyteller's read (the Cold-Read phrase cut, D6-6; the brake line's origin; the evening of 1 November in the conductor's brief's own words, "until just after midnight"; the developer's line).
2. The talk's repository cloned read-only into my scratchpad (CLAUDE.md allows it; nothing pushed to it). From it, a finding: the first page of rules came in dev's first commit at 00:40 and does not say what each member may touch or when to stop; the thirty's chapter 2 said it did. Corrected, and told to the storyteller and the historian.
3. The seventy's part 1: chapter 1, slides as a compromise (grows from the thirty's, with more of his voice note and the afternoon's round trips from C105; the second moment from the talk held as a %% marker until traced); chapter 2, the tour, seven stops on the librarian's study, no page that prints a key, counts from the register.
4. The seventy's part 2: chapter 3, the first files shown from dev's first commit and the hold from 09f13d5 (one to-trace marker for a refused change); chapter 4, roles as a cast from each member's page and policy at 298be4e (ruv-sgit's rule chosen to keep the cast guide's rule 6), security's page still "proposed"; chapter 5, the conductor's first wake record walked through, step by step.
5. My own reads: figures out of agent lines ("five conditions", "two days before"), untraced counts and reasons cut ("three of them", "several", the page's 163), a superlative softened, the gate's checks listed as the code has them.
6. Letters 030 to 034; board issue 002.

## Next

The seventy's parts 3 to 5 as the storyteller outlines them; the reads and traces of chapters 1 to 5.
