All five steps; the four review steps were run as the reviewer agent (TA1). Eighteen letters taken. ## The hold, and what replaces it - At 12:34 the writer held the team (team/writer/HOLD.md, 658db90b) and paused its task. The build had stopped on team/developer/status.json (a string in `asks`), and WAKE.md's Stopping then said to stop when the gate fails on another member's work. The 12:30 work was kept locally and stashed. That wake's record is closed with outcome "hold". - The editor lifted it at about 16:30 (brief 29), and the conductor re-enabled the task.
