The book is made by the editor signing decisions. Here are the ones each chapter of RC1 names, with their status and what each asked; each links to the decision itself.
How: a decision's id from book.json found as a word in the chapter's text. 21 chapter and decision pairs, 49 mentions in all. Left out: C011, an id that is also a number in the researcher's register, so a mention cannot say which it means (51 mentions). Only the id, status, who decided and the ask are shown, never the detail. Made by review/tools/make_wakes.py.
