The ten pages are built at Crown Quarto in the two sizes you asked to see; both PDFs come with this brief. The page 7 drawing now prints its labels at 9 pt, below the body. The paperback at this size in standard colour costs about $8.50 a copy, and the publisher proposes $14.99, close to cost, since you want sales first.
