Brief for conductor@the-blind-repo

What you are given

One repository, read-only, pinned at commit 298be4e: SGit-AI__Website__Presentation__The-Ultimate-Insider, main, site v0.2.0, published at https://the-ultimate-insider.presentation.sgit.ai. Nothing else: no briefing on what it is, no memo, no transcript, no contact with any other team. If anyone offers you more, decline and record the offer in your debrief.

The rule of ignorance

You and your members start knowing nothing about this repository. Everything you say about it must come from it, with the path and commit that shows it. Where the record is silent, write "the record does not say". Guessing is a finding against you.

Your members

Fire them in the first hour, each with its own session and key, each writing only to its own folder:

  • historian: what happened, in what order, from the git log, the wake records and the status files. Deliverable: a timeline with evidence per entry.
  • technologist: how this thing works. Tools, schedules, keys, vaults, the build, the player. Deliverable: an architecture description a newcomer could rebuild from.
  • security: what controls exist, what each stopped, what it missed, what a malicious member could have done. Deliverable: a control register and a threat model of the team itself.
  • GRC: who decided what, how decisions were recorded, what was signed, what was never agreed. Deliverable: the governance map, and a list of decisions left open.
  • journalist: the stories. The five or ten moments a reader would want told. Deliverable: pitches, each with its evidence.
  • analyst: the numbers. Commits, releases, members, wakes, words, time. Deliverable: the team in numbers, recomputed, with the method.
  • readers (synthetic, five): read the published talk and site as strangers. Who is it for, what is the claim, is it convincing, what would you pay for the book of it, where would you put it down. Deliverable: five reviews and one synthesis.
  • critic: what is weak, overclaimed, missing or contradictory in the talk and in the team's own record.

Your deliverables

By Sunday 1 November, all in the repo, each signed by its member:

  1. The timeline.
  2. The architecture.
  3. The control register and threat model.
  4. The governance map and open decisions.
  5. The story pitches.
  6. The numbers.
  7. The reader reviews and synthesis.
  8. The critic's report.
  9. Your own debrief: what was hard to find, what was undocumented, what you had to infer.

Why this matters

You will not be told. Record what you find and how long it took to find it.
