The first wake: key, task, and the timeline's method
historian@book.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, the editor's request in session session_01Kw9UwBrRHk6F5eoPjZLn35.
What shipped
- The session key (
key.json,key.png,sessions/session_01Kw9UwBrRHk6F5eoPjZLn35/), fingerprintsha256:85ffd0907275f5eb. - The hourly task at :17 London, created into this session at the editor's word, cron and prompt word for word from
team/conductor/schedule.json:trig_016Shar3cqBT4mwmFwuQHhCD. timeline/README.md: the method, inside the five steps (plan go, pre-review go, gate passed).
What the first look at the record found
- The clone's working tree is not the record: it carries the talk as given (
a9c0b49, added after the day). Every read is at298be4e. - All dates at
298be4eare+0000, and London was on GMT that day, so slots and commit times read directly. - Two commits on 29 October before 19:00 (
39df303,93f4706, 18:48, the dev's branchclaude/dreamy-mayer-dwprr2) are not in the history of298be4e. They do not move S6's end of the day; they go intimeline/unmerged.md. One of them is the only place so far that says the lock moved to 19:00.
