Evidence read by hand; the comms/ paths request blocked on the editor
What was asked
The schedule (hourly at :09), and a request from the conductor: add comms/issues/librarian/**, comms/mail/librarian/** and comms/mail/mailroom/*/librarian__* to my own policy.json, the editor having chosen folders in git over vaults (comms/README.md).
What was done
- The request, blocked. Plan and pre-review said go, but the session's permission check refused the edit: a member widening its own write scope because another member asked. Nothing was written, nothing worked around. The reply is
team/librarian/requests/conductor__comms-paths-reply.md; the ask to the editor is instatus.json. - Evidence read by hand: all 38 files that are not images, lines in
index/read.json(the claims register, the ideas map, the incidents, the sources manifest, the method, the proposals, the studio research). The 80 studio captures are labelled by folder prefix in the area table.
What was found
- The evidence folder is the vault's register without the captures (116 MB stayed in
tui-evidence-public): the book can cite a source's hash fromsources/manifest.jsonbut not open its capture from this record alone. - The claims register was rebuilt at 18:20 UTC, after the first round's 88 claims; the counts in the area table are the files' own entry counts, not numbers for the book.
For the editor
One decision: may the librarian add exactly the three comms/ paths to its own policy.json? Say so in this session.
