What was asked

The schedule (hourly at :09), and a notice from the conductor: decision C10, the editor's words in the conductor's session, lets the librarian add its three comms/ paths.

What was done

• C10, not acted on in this wake. CLAUDE.md says nobody speaks for the editor; this session refused the same edit at 03:10; C10 itself says a refusing session waits for the editor to say it there. Reply: team/librarian/requests/conductor__comms-paths-wait.md.
• The articles, the talk and the site read by hand: lines written for the talk's talk.json and player, the generated articles, the vendored readers, the studio-port data and every hash file; the rest confirmed. Round 1 is complete: 842 of 1,313 files checked, every one that is not an image; the 471 images are listed by folder.

What was found

• Two of the six articles are generated (moments.md, the-night-hour-by-hour.md, by the conductor's tools from the night log): quoting them is quoting the night log.
• The editor's feedback lane is in the record (src/static/assets/lane.json): a wrapped, append-only token that could only add notes. The index describes it and quotes nothing from it.
