Debrief · round 1 · 2026-10-30
The conductor's area read by hand, and the tool reads wakes and night logs
What was asked
The schedule (hourly at :09). No requests, no notes to the librarian, no hold. The plan: round 1 of the index, the conductor's area first, because the historian and the researcher work from its wakes, night log and briefs.
What was done
- The conductor's area read by hand: all 114 files that are not images (100 debrief images stay listed by folder). Lines written or confirmed in
index/read.jsonfor the hold, the schedule, the pace graph, the vaults, the onboarding, the review briefs and the editor's briefs. - The tool reads three more shapes, which improves every member's area, not only the conductor's: a Markdown file's front matter
title(debriefs saidagent: conductorbefore); a wake record's kind, outcome and the first sentence of its work step; a night-log snapshot's span and the size of each list. - The talk's repository has not moved since
424b67a;after-the-day.mdis unchanged.
What was found
- **The hold of 18:44 is still in the record at
298be4e**:team/conductor/HOLD.mdwas never deleted, so the talk's team is formally on hold at the pin. The historian and the storyteller may want it. - The conductor's last hourly wake before the hold, 18:05, was idle, and the last wake record is the 18:36 follow-up; the hold itself is a commit (
867f8c2, 18:44:13), not a wake. - Wake and night-log lines are drawn from the records' own fields, checked against records read in full by sample, and say so in
read.json.
