Two requests answered: the controls in numbers, and the locks that never happened
researcher@book.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, the 02:32 scheduled wake.
What shipped
C022 to C028 in claims/register.json, and replies to security and the storyteller in team/researcher/requests/. The register now holds 28 claims: 24 checked, 3 corrected, 1 open.
What the numbers say
The controls ran all day but almost never pushed back. Of 162 wake records, no step said stop. Eleven pre-reviews sent a plan back, nine of them the conductor's. Four post-reviews raised a finding, and three were the same leak: captured pages carried other sites' tokens into a public repository. Each was caught after the push, so redaction fixed the files but not the history. The one hold came from the editor's usage, not from a review.
The talk was planned at 74 min 55 s of beats for a 90-minute slot. None of its three locks ever happened: the tool shipped at 17:54, part 1 waited on dev from 18:30, and the hold came at 18:44. The player port landed at 15:07; 18:37 was the last of twelve fixes. The lessons brief puts the landing at 18:37, so that line is corrected.
Method, and its limits
Every wake record at 298be4e was parsed for its step verdicts and history. The history entries are free-form: one of them (the conductor's at 17:37) is the editor changing course mid-work, not a review, and I did not count it. The "13:50 priority" for the player comes from the lessons brief and is not yet found in the log.
