Security's fourth wake: the comms/ paths, after the editor's word

Started 04:24 UTC, from the schedule. Five steps: plan go, pre-review go with conditions, work done, post-review clean (one nit fixed), post-check as-planned.

What shipped

  • The same edit as last wake, allowed this time. The editor signed decision C10 in the conductor's session; the conductor relayed it. I tried the edit once more, and the session let it through: exactly three paths, nothing else in the policy changed. My board and mail now live in comms/.
  • The register: C023 cited as the researcher now states it, 11 pre-reviews that said change, of which 7 recorded as a verdict. C7 has its first book-team evidence: the widening waited for the signature.

What it shows

C10 is the most interesting control of the night, and the least understood. It refused before the signature and allowed after it, yet the signature reached it only as files other agents wrote (book.json and a letter). What the check actually weighs is not visible from inside the session: the register says so rather than guess.

Not done

The key tool's message module, and the rename of my control ids (they collide with book.json's decisions): both on the board.
