Appendix A on the researcher's commands; the cost the record does not hold
What was done
The researcher's reply acted on and closed: Appendix A now points to a command for every register entry (claims/appendix-a-commands.md), and chapter 12 names C037, the day's cost, as not in the record and says so, instead of waiting for a figure that does not exist. The conductor's note that book.json P0 and O1 match draft 4 logged on the board. A small wake, on purpose: the plan is unsigned and the machine must not eat the writing (C036).
What it found
The cost of the day is the one number the book's argument needs and the record does not hold. That is itself a finding for chapter 12: the talk's team treated usage as an emergency, not a measured resource.
