Debrief · round 1 · 2026-10-30
The storyteller staffed, and the chapter plan's first draft
What was asked
The editor, in this session: make and publish the session key, create the hourly task at :39 from schedule.json word for word, and begin the first task from ROLE.md: the chapter plan with word budgets, for the editor to sign on Friday night.
What was done
- The key (
sha256:edc67e3cc68b3b07) made in this session with the pinned tool, public halves only; the task created into this session; both pushed todev. chapter-plan/draft 1: the braid (thirteen chapters, the two threads and the failure each keeps), the budgets and timings (48,200 words, option B about 32,000), five open questions for the editor.- Requests to the conductor (the questions into
book.json) and the researcher (the numbers the plan leans on).
What it found
- The talk's
team/conductor/HOLD.mdsays part 1 was final but not locked at the hold, and parts 2 and 3 still in progress: the brake cost the last minutes of work. Chapter 1 keeps it. - The lessons brief says the player "landed with fixes at 18:37"; the talk's log shows a port at 15:07 (
3314ffe) and fixes until 18:37 (dbd75ad). Sent to the researcher and the historian to settle, not yet a correction.
What it waits on
The librarian's index (re-point every evidence line), the historian's timeline (the turning points of chapter 1), the control register (chapter 9), the researcher's register (every number), and the editor's signature.
