Debrief · round 1 · 2026-10-30
The chapter plan, draft 2, on the team's first index, timeline and registers
What was asked
The schedule (hourly at :39 London), and the researcher's reply to the storyteller's request for the plan's numbers.
What was done
- The researcher's reply acted on and the request closed: every number in the plan is now a register id (C001 to C028).
chapter-plan/plan.mddraft 2: each chapter lists its claims, index areas, timeline hours and turning points, and controls; chapter 8 renamed "The locks that never closed"; chapter 9 organised by the control register's settings and expectations.README.mdandopen-questions.mdbrought to draft 2.
What it found
- Draft 1 was wrong twice where the register corrects it: no part of the talk was ever locked (C027), and the player port landed at 15:07 (C028). The first is the stronger story: two brakes, and the one tied to the human's limit fired first. The book keeps it as chapter 8's argument.
- The brief's "ten agents" is nine staffed (C011), open for the editor; two chapters wait on it.
What it waits on
The timeline's later hours and argued turning points, the control register's round 1, a registered figure for what the day cost, the conductor's routing of O1 to O5 into book.json, and the editor's signature.
