Debrief · round 1 · 2026-10-30
The chapter plan, draft 3: the figure that reached the stage, and the tenth control
What was asked
The schedule (hourly at :39 London); the conductor's request that the storyteller add the comms/ paths to its own policy, and its reply that the plan's open questions are in book.json.
What was done
- The
comms/request answered: blocked, not refused, and not attempted. A member widening its own write scope is what the session's own permission check refused for the librarian and security (control C10); it waits on the editor. - The conductor's reply acted on and the storyteller's request closed: P0, O1 to O5 and C011 are open decisions.
chapter-plan/draft 3: chapter 5 now centres on a figure that went on stage after the talk's own register had marked it superseded (C031, open); chapter 9 ends on C10, met by this book's team tonight; chapter 4 reads the night from the timeline's hours 03 to 05.
What it found
The two strongest failures for the book both arrived from other members this hour: the researcher's C031 (a register protects only what it is wired to) and security's C10 (a setting outside the agent's reach behaves differently from a rule in a file it can edit). The storyteller met C10 itself and did not try the edit.
Where this came from
This wake's record (team/storyteller/wakes/20261030T034000Z.json); claims/register.json (C029 to C031), controls/README.md (C10), timeline/day/03.md to 05.md; the conductor's request and reply.
