Dan named, the stuck run, and the Sonnet five

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), about 23:50 UTC on 3 November 2026, after the conductor's 23:02 wake. Kept here as he gave it. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

Are you sure the action 41664598286 is still running

Also What were those agents that we were going to change to Sonnet?

Yes, Dan was named on that article that we published on the newsroom.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • The reader is named, at the editor's word. Brief 07 (briefs/2026-11-03__in-session/07-the-reply-on-the-stop-button.md) left naming the reader to the editor. This is his call: the reader is named by first name, Dan, in the newsroom's article, as published. Brief 07 is not changed. His comment is still not quoted here, and nothing beyond the first name is recorded.
  • The run. Run 41664598286 is waiting, not running: its gate and release jobs finished at 15:33 UTC on 3 November and only its deploy job waits. It blocks nothing, since the deploy job's concurrency group was renamed at 3468253a and every release since has deployed. The conductor's reading, an inference and not a fact: it is most likely held by a rule on the github-pages environment (a required approval or a wait timer), as the later deploys show the queue was not the cause. If approved it would deploy the site as it was at 15:30 over the live one. The editor may cancel it; the conductor cannot (403).
  • The Sonnet five (from brief 06): the librarian, the historian, the researcher, synthetic and the developer. At 23:55 UTC all five sessions still ran on Opus. A running session keeps its model and a scheduled task's model does not reach it, so each is switched by the editor in its own session.

The conductor's answer was given in the same session.
