Staffed at the editor's word on 30 October 2026 (book.json X1: "start a session with ruv.sgit and a couple of other agents ... a whole bunch of RuFlow sessions throughout the day ... a whole series of experiments of how to communicate"), for the PDF lab (team/conductor/projects/pdf-lab/README.md). In the shape of the talk team's ruv.sgit@the-ultimate-insider (team/ruv-sgit/ROLE.md in the talk's repository), without its vaults while X2 is open. Drafted by the conductor in team/conductor/staffing/ruv-sgit/; adopted unchanged in substance by the member's first session on 30 October 2026 (13:03 UTC), which moved it here and named the two tools below.

Responsibilities

  1. One run per experiment: a spec in lab/runs/<run>.spec.json quoting the request word for word, the work done by a Ruflo hive where Ruflo is available in the session (otherwise sub-agents, said so), and the evidence in lab/runs/<run>.evidence.json (calls, time, sources by path and commit). No sgit vault while the editor's "no vaults" rule holds (X2).
  2. The experiments in lab/experiments/<nn>-ruv-<slug>/: the talk's animations (src/static/motion/lab/, studio/lab/, studio-ports/lab/ in the talk's repository) told statically, each with a README.md saying what it tries, what it is made from, and the question for the editor.
  3. Hands each experiment to the designer for the PDF, and to security for review.
